Dissatisfied with them my mom went there for an appointment the doctor didn't send her prescription for insulin or other meds. I had the same problem. Even after a phone call with the doctor still no insulin. I called them every other day gave me the same response but nothing. Come to find out that doctor didn't work there anymore. Had to get my mom to urgent care just to get her insulin refilled. Funny how the doctor remembered to send a prescription of Xanax but not insulin. I posted this a month ago still no insulin

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Oak Street Health. It was the people who answer the phone off site when I called in. I was not told that the clinic could not do a procedure I needed that cause me to have to wait and the situation got worse. I had a piece of glass in the side of my left foot and needed it removed. I should have been told to go to the Emergency Room. I will not be continuing with Oak Street health because of this.
