Felt like I was talking to family. This one is a keeper. Very personable and does that doctor thing well also.
Very unprofessional staff. It took me 4 days to get a refill on an old prescription. The MD I see is OK, but rushes me in and out before I discuss all my concerns
My husband and I are very pleased with Oak Street Health on Gus Thomasson. Our doctor is Dr Christopher Nguyen. Great doctor, spends time with you and explains everything well. The nurses and the entire staff are super nice and helpful.
Customer service is terrible avoid if possible
my mother is epileptic this is her second time, going into this clinic and experiencing rude front desk workers, the attitudes are nasty and they have no professionalism. go to this clinic or send your loved ones to this clinic at your own risk, especially if you want them mistreated and talk to like their less then do better. We are all humans and we all have our individual circumstances.
