My mom is a patient at this location. My problem is that the services are suppose to be for senior citizens. My mom is 78 years old and me and my sister are not satisfied with service especially the doctor. Her name is Dr Hinton and when my mom has appointments sometimes the doctor is not available. Also when the pharmacy reaches out to get refills, it takes this doctor WEEKS to respond and this is after trying to reach her more than 2 times. This is unacceptable behavior especially for a senior citizen.
I feel at ease with the visit. I will be sure to keep my appointment for follow up with the doctor. I feel that they care about me
