I lived at oak springs in a one bedroom for over one and a half years. The complex is nice and the property manager is great. My issues come from the thin walls and loud neighbors. You can hear what’s going on in other units all the time. The company is also pretty strict when it comes to inspections. They do them biyearly and at times it almost feels like they are looking for any reason to fail you and come back. Beautiful location
Clean well kept apartments. Management is a bit pushy and over zealous at assuming things are going on when there is nothing happening. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. Location is not to bad for access to area shopping and just 4 miles from OSU Campus.
It started out as a great place then management/landlord changed, now she’s always after us no matter what we do. Is NOT fair in her treatment of all the tenants. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my enemies!
