Love the community and the apartments.
I lived at oak springs in a one bedroom for over one and a half years. The complex is nice and the property manager is great. My issues come from the thin walls and loud neighbors. You can hear what’s going on in other units all the time. The company is also pretty strict when it comes to inspections. They do them biyearly and at times it almost feels like they are looking for any reason to fail you and come back.
