Absolutely the worst and non-existent customer service. They installed our roof approximately 10 years ago. I called them March 28, 2023 and asked if they would: #1 give me a quote for a new roof and #2 look at some loose shingles on roof as well. Instead of offering help, all Oak roofing wanted to do is be defensive and refused to come out and look at it. Without seeing my roof, I was told I had wind damage and I should contact my insurance company since Oak Roofing, “does not do repairs but only new roof installs”. Unb... read more
