Dr. Smith was a great vet, but the moment she left and Dr. Shaw took over, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. His non chalant attitude and apathetic nature is what ultimately caused my baby to suffer in a crate for four hours, until I finally took her somewhere else where they had her up and better within ten minutes. Unfortunately it was too late.
I have been taking my dogs there for years. Dr. Shaw and the staff are the sweetest and most caring folks in the world!
The staff took great care of my big baby Sampson. They got him in same day for emergency treatment. They were recommended to me by my local vet Thunder Rd Veterinary clinic for his emergency care. I am so happy they were able to help and will use them for all future emergency needs if we have them!
I used to use ideal when I lived In oak ridge about 2 years ago. They were always fantastic but it was a long drive with my dog that didn’t love car rides so I had to find one closer. Our dog developed severe pain when jumping to get on furniture. My now vet was closed... I called them at 830 and they worked him in at 10am and got him feeling better and a game plan if he doesn’t improve. I appreciate you all being open and giving care at this crazy time!
