Recommendedit's a clean and caring place to take your pets. The Drs.and staff really seem.to.care. And of course Dr.Maria is always.smiling.I love. the whole staff. Check them out. The prices are very reasonable. You know the old saying you get what you pay for. Cashus Chelsey Macy all have selected them to be there doctors.
They were great during one of life's hardest times. They provided excellent affordable care to our new addition today.
I tried for a month for our Vet to call us back to answer a question. I left several messages and no reply. The front desk staff are rude and act as if your bothering them. My pup was on medication, but her eye was getting worse, so I had a question about her condition and if she should be seen, but the Vet would not return my calls. When I said I would not return again, they couldn't get rid of me fast enough.
I have been taking my pets here for 12 years and would not go anywhere else. Great staff, always helpful. Everyone at ORVH has always gone above and beyond.
I've taken my snake here twice. There's not many vets that actually see snakes around here so I was very happy to finally find one. The doctor is super nice and knowledgeable. This last time I had to leave my snake for a week; the staff called me daily with updates. They didn't mind me calling a couple extra times just to check up on him. I really liked that they always made sure to let me know he was doing ok (I was a worried snake dad). Everyone is really nice and I feel like my snake was well cared for. I love my vet office! I have lived in Oak Ridge since 2004 and there is no other place I trust with my pets like ORVH. Not only are they awesome in care of my pets, I love that they care about our budget too and work to treat our loved pets with that consideration too. Thank you for all you do!
