Sally has seen several vets and vet techs at Oak Ridge Veterinary Hospital over the years - Dr. Maria, Dr. Kris, and Dr. Rick have all been wonderful with her care, and have been so diligent and compassionate in her failing health, especially over the past year when her age just caught up to her and her suffering got to be too much. The front desk staff is really disrespectful very unprofessional. Have went there in the past with my beagles will not ever go back to this place again. They need to work on there customer service skills and how to talk to people. The front desk women are going to run this place into the ground with those attitudes. RecommendedAlways had an awesome experience with this vet! Recently they have been great with my chinchillas and in the past they have been so caring when I’ve had sick animals and animals that had to be put to sleep. Highly recommend them.
RecommendedBeen going here since I got my dog 18 years and they have taken the best care of him. They explain everything to meh and they suggest thing to help him. He thinks they are part of his family.
