We downsized from a much older property and wanted something simpler without sacrificing quality. This company helped us stay within budget while still customizing important details. The project manager explained each stage clearly and stayed easy to reach throughout construction. A few paint touch-ups were needed after move-in, but they scheduled someone quickly and handled everything professionally without excuses.
Adrianna was a huge help showings us multiple layouts and discussing the benefits of new construction at Oak Ridge. I highly recommend her!

We arranged a visit with the community manager and arrived during heavy snowfall. ADRIANNA Alvarez was already there waiting for us in the snowy weekend which we truly appreciated. She showed us a few newly constructed homes, and the design were impressive. We really liked the floor plans but ultimately the homes were too small for our needs. Adrianna was very positive. She was professional, welcoming and dedicated, even in tough weather condition. Thank you Adrianna
