There is no full-time property manager assigned to this property, and it shows. The temporary manager does not even have access to Oakpoint’s email system, making communication and issue resolution extremely difficult. I want to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the amazing team at Oak Pointe Apartments. From the very beginning, Stephanie, the manager, has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free, and I appreciate how she always takes the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. She is very thorough. I’m writing this review to warn future residents about my experience with the new management at Oakpointe Apartments, specifically Leasing Manager Stephanie Miranda and maintenance staff member Jose. Since the management change, the service quality has significantly declined. The office is rarely accessible. Many times the office is closed during normal business hours, and even when staff are inside, the door remains locked. We knock repeatedly and still receive no response. The new community manager, Norma Duarte, has been very rude and unprofessional toward tenants. Her attitude makes it difficult to communicate or resolve issues properly. Management should take this seriously and consider replacing her, as residents deserve respectful and supportive treatment.
