This was my mom’s first time there. Everyone from the front desk to PACU were wonderful. This will be our first pick for an outpatient clinic from now on.
My husband had a laminectomy with Dr Belanger on 10/11/2023 at this surgical suite. We had the BEST experience with this whole team. I don’t remember all the names but everyone was exceptional. The lady who checked us in was very good and informative. John Oscar and Denise in the back were top notch. Dr Belanger and his entire surgical team cannot be beat. My name is Billy joe. I recently had surgery at oak point surgical center. I Know this Is gonna sound weird. It sounds weird to me even saying it but the experience wasn't just great I actually had fun. I know that sounds crazy but it's true. I had foot surgery on May 25 at Oak Point Surgical Suites in Plano. It was an amazingly wonderful experience. From Jennifer, the receptionist, to John, my nurse, to Oscar, OR nurse, to Dr. G, my anesthesiologist, and Dr. Lampe, my surgeon, I offer deep and genuine gratitude. They made an anxious experience a real pleasant one. They were all amazing and super friendly and professional.
My fiancé had surgery here this morning. Everyone was very polite and nice. Kept me informed. Great job
