Stacy provided terrible customer service and even hung up on me while I was trying to get help. They don't seem interested in resolving issues—they just take your money. ☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Oak Point HVAC. The technician, Ray, initially diagnosed the issue inside our home. Later, another technician, Eric, who appeared to be the lead technician, walked into our house without introducing himself. I found that unprofessional and uncomfortable. They recommended replacing our indoor AC control board, which cost us about $1,000. Unfortunately, replacing the board did not solve the problem. Paid $89 for a sales call to learn about a Thermostat and possibly a dehumidifier. Tech told me thermostats ate very expensive (whatever that means) and a 58% humidity is as good as it get so I should learn to accept high humidity. I called the office so i could get what i paid for: a written proposalI was told I would have it by the end of the day - that was several days ago. These people are NOT experts

We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. They were priced very fairly, professional, on time, and did excellent work. They also cleaned up after themselves, which we really appreciated. Our AC is working great, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We’ve already recommended them to my parents and will continue recommending them to others. We are also in real estate and will definitely be referring them to our clients who need a reliable and trustworthy AC company. Highly recommend!
