Bad experience from the beginning just getting this company scheduled for an appointment to check my AC unit. Stacy, Stacy, Stacy…WOW!! What a bad attitude and bad experience overall. Called in to get an appointment scheduled for an AC CHECK and she said she can schedule me for 2-4 pm, BUT then told me to send her a video and pics of AC and the problem.
