I can only say Oak Point is an exemplary HVAC company with white glove service. Oak Point came to my rescue after being without air conditioning in 90+ temps for consecutive days. Eric and his Team were quick to assist me when I needed it most. They were able to come out the day of and give me a price that was far more reasonable than competitors in the area. Bad experience from the beginning just getting this company scheduled for an appointment to check my AC unit. Stacy, Stacy, Stacy…WOW!! What a bad attitude and bad experience overall. Called in to get an appointment scheduled for an AC CHECK and she said she can schedule me for 2-4 pm, BUT then told me to send her a video and pics of AC and the problem.
