Bad experience from the beginning just getting this company scheduled for an appointment to check my AC unit. Stacy, Stacy, Stacy…WOW!! What a bad attitude and bad experience overall. Called in to get an appointment scheduled for an AC CHECK and she said she can schedule me for 2-4 pm, BUT then told me to send her a video and pics of AC and the problem. Eric and his wife are plain good people, the kind of people you want to do business with. Fair, quick and responsive. You can’t find great service these days and yet I lucked out with Oak Point heating and air!
