As a full-time coach, my recovery time is limited. When you train clients (and yourself) six days a week, it's increasingly difficult to find the time to slow down and take care of the physical strains associated with such a grueling schedule. I found the perfect fit for myself and my clients with Dimitri and Oak Point. If you're a full-time athlete, or just a novice, they will provide the best tailored service in acupuncture, massage therapy, and all of your personal wellness needs.
What a gem we have in Astoria. From massage to facial acupuncture, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend it. The owners and staff are all lovely and so knowledgeable.
This place came highly recommended to me for acupuncture and I can see why. Had a great first experience and I'm looking forward to more treatments. The whole staff is excellent. I can't wait to try the facials and massage as well.

I am a huge advocate of acupuncture. I've been to a few different places for it and Oak Point is by far the best place I have been to and Dimitri superior to any acupuncturist. His attention to detail and educational delivery throughout your treatment is ver natural and you can tell he really cares!
