I was referred to Oak Point Health & Vitality Centre by my CrossFit Coach. I started going to Oak Point to see Cho for sport massages once a week. I always looked forward to that hour when I could trust her to work out all the knots and tight muscles. I felt so much better the next day after seeing Cho. I saw Dimitri for acupuncture sessions when I developed tendonitis in my right shoulder. I highly recommend Oak Point for sport massage and acupuncture.
