I called about two leaky shower valves. The tech quoted me $3400 to replace all the piping. I said that wouldn't work for my budget (it sounded WAY too expensive). I told them that I wanted the lowest cost option as we were going to do a bathroom remodel in a few years. When he asked me about my budget, I said that I had budgeted $1,000 for the repair. Malik Reed was very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining what our issues were and how he was going to fix them. If we didn't understand something, he was patient to explain in detail until we understood. He will be our plumber for the future and we will recommend him to all of our acquaintances.
The plumber, Devin, was very nice and did a terrific job! We also appreciated Malik, who came out to give us the estimate on what we needed done. Our experience with Oak Plumbing was great, and we will definitely call them back if we need any other plumbing done anywhere in our home!
