A troublesome shower drain was resolved quickly by Oak Plumbing. I want to recognize Niles, Harris, Jessy, and Omari for their great work. Niles inspected the crawlspace, measured every line, and gave me a fair quote based on my home’s actual layout. Harris cleared space for the new pipes, sketched the floor plan, and confirmed materials. Great customer service! Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and give me a couple options for repair. 5 star will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing issues.
Happy camper here. A bathtub faucet leak revealed a tub leak inside the wall rand into the garage underneath elated to old plumbing but Travis and Jacob were on it. For access they had to open the wall at the back of a small closet but job completed ahead of time, all neat and clean. No need to disrupt the bathroom tile. I called about two leaky shower valves. The tech quoted me $3400 to replace all the piping. I said that wouldn't work for my budget (it sounded WAY too expensive). I told them that I wanted the lowest cost option as we were going to do a bathroom remodel in a few years. When he asked me about my budget, I said that I had budgeted $1,000 for the repair.
