I love the apartments themselves. But the lady at the office with black hair and 10 pounds of makeup on her face is extremely rude and she will pick and choose who gets to be in the office without a mask. Hopefully they can get someone better to run the office because she is horrible. Other than that I do love this place.
Office staff are never in the office and you can never get a hold of anyone. We have the same continuous problems with maintenance and they seem to only temporarily fix the issue only to have it break again in a couple weeks. We've had something break almost every month since moving in and like I said you cant get anyone to answer the phone to get it fixed. Tiny apartment with no storage is not worth the almost 800$ rent.
Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at or delt with! They never answer the phones, everything breaks in the apartment. They evicted me unrightfully and then I went to court to say my side of the story. We came to an agreement in front of the judge paid what they wanted me to pay and one month later they charge me $69 to my credit. It was great until new management took over. They’ll randomly charge you for anything they can find and instead of notifying you that you have a bill they’ll send it to a debt collector. The place isn’t safe at night. Avoid a headache and find somewhere else.
New ownership lacks proper communication to its tenants of things to be happening in the complex. For example, less than 24 hours notice about them needing to enter your residence, or them raising their fees without explanation. Installation of shoddy speed bumps that have broken and cracked already in less than two months is interesting. However, Quentin and the Woman with red hair in the office (sorry I wish I knew your name) are wonderful. Great folks.
This was the best apartment we ever lived in! The staff was great, maintenance was fast and helpful, and the price was great. Sadly it was just to far from our jobs. But if you’re looking for an apartment in south OKC this is it!
I love living here at oak place. I have been here for two years and the staff have gone out of their way to be helpful In any and every way! I will miss living here. Quinton and the other maintenance team have always got us covered. Thank you all!
Best apartment I have ever lived in. It is very quiet, the staff is VERY helpful. Everyone has gone above and beyond when I've needed help with anything. I recommend this apartment complex.
