Lived here for about 9 months and it’s been great. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the construction is solid, and location can’t be beat.

Such a great place to live in Oak Park! The management team is wonderful, and Susanne in particular is so welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way she can! The location is also amazing. Being right above Trader Joe’s is such a huge convenience and a wonderful bonus. The building is also very clean, well-kept, and feels comfortable and welcoming every day. I really love living at Oak Park Place. The place is always clean, the amenities are amazing, and it just feels like a well-run, comfortable community. Big shoutout to Susanne — she’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and just great to deal with. She really makes the whole experience better. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.
Ive been a resident at Oak Park Place for over a decade and although there are newer buildings in downtown Oak Park, this place has the nicest residents, ideal location (with Trader Joes in same building) and the coolest management team. Santiago, Suzanne, Ana and formerly Thania always make sure residents are heard and a priority. Maintenance team is also highly responsive. Grateful I found this location.
