Been living here coming up on two years now. Property team is very responsive. The units are overall very good - a couple maintenance issues have come up but they get resolved quickly and that’s what matters. Appreciative of the butterfly door system they installed. Great location and walking distance from anything you can think of. Parking garage is huge plus.
Santiago did a great job showing the apartment and was very professional!
Oak Park Place has been fantastic so far! Suzanne and Santiago have been highly professional and accommodating as we’ve recently moved in. They are incredibly responsive—for example our mail key was not working and they replaced it immediately. They also put a maintenance request in quickly after our microwave stopped working. They are very kind to tenants as they take in packages that are left at the front door and make sure they are placed in the mailroom to ensure it is safe. 10/10 would recommend staying at Oak Park Plac... read more
