We are very pleased with the professionalism of the orthodontics side but agree with other reviewers that the dentistry side is only interested in money and some of the workers are lacking customer service. My son needed an oral surgery procedure and orthodontics recommended the in-house surgeon. The front desk threw a flat payment of $3000 and said my insurance would max out at $1500 and I need to pay the rest ($1500). No explanation, itemization, or rationalization of the cost was given. Beautiful facility. Fantastic, informative caring doctors.My 3 year old had a cavity filled early enough to not have numbing and I didn't want the laughing gas. They did the work with a video on and were done in 20 minutes. Dr. Barry and assistant were wonderful. (Front desk is unpleasant and aggressive though)
I’m really disappointed with this dental office. At my first visit, they gave me a treatment plan with an estimated cost. But when I came back and got the treatment, the actual bill ended up being more than twice that amount! When I asked why, they just kept saying, “You should check with your insurance,” like it was all my responsibility.

Hygienists and doctors are so good with kids and the decor is magical. Recommend.
