Terrible place to live, I should know I lived there. Thru me out cause I had styrofoam on my floor.(Didn't ask questions!!! Laundry ate quarters Neighbors stole. Had bedbugs, cockroaches, spiders and other bugs I didn't know what they were. They took all my belongings(the people who worked there and for them) neighbors went thru my things and took what they wanted while I was standing right there. I hated living there.
All I can say is ŕun run away fast and far this place has progressively falling in to dis repair.tha roaches are taking over. No maintenance is being done ppl are leaving so far 7 in two months neighbors are rude im terrified to walk out my door. You dont want to live here. You can do way bètter.
This place is such trash. They do not take care of this property what so ever. Roaches, mold, and the management is even trying to bribe good reviews from their tenants. Please Please Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! Its an unsafe environment for children and families, there was a murder on the property, police are always coming for domestic violence issues
Hooray I just moved into my unit on July 24 2024 Maida Celovic was very professional and nice handling my move in process my bed room is my favorite room in my unit with sliding patio door and an air conditioner unit this is my first apartment as a young adult and I just love my unit and the complex I'm Jasper T
I absolutely love Oak Park Apartments. The apartments are spacious. The neighbors are nice the area it’s quiet. It’s a great family oriented area the Leasing Office and Maida are wonderful people to get in contact if you have questions they do get back within a couple hours or within 24 hours. If you’re looking for a place to rent out for you or your family, these would be the perfect department
