Oak Park will take advantage of you--I have been a good renter to ABL properties both at Almaden House and Oak Park for the last 3 and a half years, always paying my rent on time. I recently fulfilled my most recent lease without breaking it and was never sent a renewal offer to renew. They are now trying to charge me an additional month’s rent beyond the end of my lease agreement.
