Harassing. There was a man that was supposed to do pest work entering my friend’s apartment when we were doing homework and had unwelcoming behavior.
Not too long ago, we lived at this apartment and had an unpleasant experience. During our tenancy, we experienced treatment that we believed was coercive and discriminatory based on a protected class under fair housing laws. We filed a complaint with the State of Oregon agency that enforces housing anti-discrimination laws. Would not recommend. Facilities are dirty and never checked. There is no one on the property, like no one even in the office they have. So nothing gets done fast. Lady named Jessica is rude over the phone and very defensive, super unhelpful. Only thing I can say is that the apartment is spacious, but a little over priced considered appliances are General Electric and 40 years old.
