Staff is friendly and caring. Docs and nurses are very gentle. They've been very helpful when I had trouble finding the prescription diet for my cat. Prices are affordable. So far we've been very happy
I took my dog Brandi here today for her first visit. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Janet was very attentive and patient. Dr. Novak was thorough and didn’t rush during our visit. I appreciated her suggestion of trying a more natural approach to treating Brandi’s anxiety rather than jumping to meds right away. Even though Brandi was a nervous wreck the entire time, she and I are both grateful for the care she received today! �
We've never had to bring our lil pup Reptar in for a sick visit before. The scheduling team was excellent about understanding my concerns and getting him in for an appointment right away. Dr. Dina and the rest of the staff helped to quickly realize the problem and did what they could to make Reptar feel better. We we're able to schedule a follow-up appointment with ease and it made me feel better to know that he was treated with such care and compassion while he was being seen. Dr. Dina has taken care of our dogs from their first arrival. Dusty, a female terrier mutt, lived 18 years and Eubie, a male terrier mutt lived to 17. Dr. Dina helped us through minor surgeries, teeth cleaning and one broken leg. She is reasonable in her approach, caring and informed. The staff at OPAH is excellent. They are respectful of our time and knowledgeable when we call. We now bring Roger, Schnocka and Lady in for check-ups, vaccines, etc. I unconditionally and whole-heartedly recommend Oak Park Animal Hospital.
My 5 cats see Dr. Dina and before that my two cats were originally patients of Dr. B. I couldn’t be happier with them. Dr. Dina is the best vet anyone could ask for. I’m thankful for having someone like her and the practice for my cats.
Dr. Dina and all of the staff here are WONDERFUL! I have been taking both my cat and dog here for 8 years or so. Appointments are easy to get, even on Saturdays, and they are always on time. Even though they are located on Madison street, I have never had a problem with parking. When we go, all my questions get answered. I have never felt rushed, everyone always takes their time with my pets. I have compared their prices to other locations and they are very comparable.
