I work with Dawn and I will not see anyone but her. Dawn has changed my life for the better. I feel confident when I go in all my concerns are addressed. She never makes me feel like I can't speak up about my health. Dawn always makes sure I am taken care of and ALWAYS has suggestions for me. I have never been anywhere better in orleans county. The wait time is a little lengthy but for care this good its totally worth it!!!
Can sit in the office for 2 hours before being seen but turned away due to there 10 minute policy. Changing or trying to refill prescription good luck! only 5 office lady’s that don’t do anything but talk to eachother. Never get a call back for results and always get an eye roll and attitude for appointment cards or a print up of summary if visit gettting told to just go to care net and get it myself. Trying to find out how my xray went shouldn’t take over a week.
ZERO stars. Sat on hold waiting for 20 mins to make an app. Someone answered didn’t say anything I could hear chatter in the background and I said hello 3 times and got hung up on. Now on hold again. Being told I’m caller number one. No one is answering as I’m sitting here thinking my daughter has rsv. It was a mistake coming back here. I will be switching doctors again. I hate this place the only reason I came back was bc I was sick of driving to Brockport for appointments. The doctor my kids got to was terrible. She was ru... read more
This place really upped their game in recent years. I love my kids doctor here.
