Finally switched from my kids dentist (I never wanted to leave) and had an amazing experience here. Dr. Richards and his assistants are amazing!
I had to have a unplanned root canal today and everyone did great! Max is an amazing assistant, she held my hand while getting injections and was just very attentive and took great care of me. Dr. Richards is awesome!!! He has a great chair side manner and takes his time and looks out for his patients comfort! Going to the dentist isn't a favorite thing for me but have always had such great care that of makes it less stressful.
I came in & thought I had a bigger emergency than I really had. They worked me right in the same day! The entire staff was great!!!
I have found this to be the finest and most gentle dentist office ever the entire staff are phenomenal I've never been so happy to get my teeth fixed:)
We were referred to Dr. Richards when my 11 year old daughter damaged her front teeth. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the second we stepped in the door. When it was discovered that one of her front permanent teeth would have to be removed they were all so sympathetic and loving to a emotionally devastated girl. Dr. Richards showed such great empathy towards her. He went above and beyond to get a flipper made quickly so she did not have to go without a front tooth for very long!
