Lovely property, big rooms and big living rooms . Very pleased how quiet this property is and best of all its gated. Two parking spots on 2 bedrooms 1 assigned and other is first come first served. Water sewer and trash paid. Excellent staff and onsite matienence
I just moved to oak apartments, and I love it here. The manager Paige Spring helped the process be very easy to expedite and made the moving process smooth and a pleasant experience. Thank you for all your help
Very nice apartments right by shopping center you know actually would be walking distance if you know on your I kind of liked it there but where I'm at now I'm more better off but I'm trying to get somewhere closer but I went there and I was like oh I got to get this please
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. i lived here for over 4 years and once the management/ownership changed, it quickly went downhill. the people who work in the office are rude and dismissive. they began adding strange fees for trash and other amenities but the trash was picked up less often than before. most of the units are riddled with mold and asbestos and when they do remediation, no other tenants are notified of the construction. the apartment right below me was completely gutted (down to the wooden beams) due to mold but they never... read more
