I had a much longer review originally. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, this place had an ownership change. Beware, major slumlord behavior. Price gouging junk fees and neglecting the units.
Irene in the office is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I lived here 5 years and very much enjoyed my stay. I always felt safe at this property. My experience was that I was at a crossroads and the increase in rent ($129) plus utilities potentially would be anywhere between $60-100 a month with the new lease. With winter approaching, the increase isn’t affordable. I had never heard of apartments charging utilities especially after entering our apartments to lower the water pressure tremendously.
