I had a much longer review originally. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, this place had an ownership change. Beware, major slumlord behavior. Price gouging junk fees and neglecting the units.

Irene in the office is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I lived here 5 years and very much enjoyed my stay. I always felt safe at this property. My experience was that I was at a crossroads and the increase in rent ($129) plus utilities potentially would be anywhere between $60-100 a month with the new lease. With winter approaching, the increase isn’t affordable. I had never heard of apartments charging utilities especially after entering our apartments to lower the water pressure tremendously. Updated review 2024 We left this complex back in 2021 as we left the state, still had friends that live here, heard it was going down hill and was disappointed to hear that as we lived here for awhile and it was special, it was a amazing place, it appears after a bit a research in Januaryish 2023 the old owner passed away and he was the sole owner not a corporation, it went up for sale and sold in December 2023 to some corporation.
