You have really managed to stand out with unique and excellent takes on BBQ. The smoked potato with chopped beef is by far the best I have ever tried and it is huge! The pork ribs are some of the best around and the rub on them gives just the right flavor. No BBQ sauce required. Corn pudding, apple cole slaw and German potato salad liven up what are often dull side choices at many BBQ restaurants. I can't wait to come back again.
