Called the corporate office and took four days for a call back. When they called back they were more concerned that I wasn’t on the lease than the rats and roaches that infest their apartments. Spoke to several residence and they all had the same complaints. They all said their apartments have roaches and rat issues and said management will not correct the other issues. I normally don’t write reviews, but this apartment has been a nightmare from day one. I moved in October 2024 and They charged me pet rent and a pet deposit for my ESA, even though Texas and federal law say assistance animals cannot be charged pet fees.Within the first two weeks, a main sewer line broke, flooding our bathroom, bedroom, and closets with human feces. There was no emergency number posted, calls to the office went unanswered, and maintenance “cleaned” it with a shop vacuum while we were left to clean the rest ou... read more

This company took over Whisepering Oaks in Conroe, Tx and they finally replaced my refrigerator almost 10 days later with a infested fridge and made sure to make me look bad when I told their maintenance guy to stop talking loudly on the phone. Now I've been made to look bad cause I match energy and you aren't gonna make me look to be a liar and talk to me a certain way.
