In the process of filing a complaint with my insurance company I went there when I had a lapse in my insurance so I had to pay $120. I was promised as soon as I brought my insurance card and they would refund me they said it would take six weeks, I brought my insurance card in they bill my insurance and have refused to give me the $120 back. Constantly giving me the runaround telling me they would have the office get in touch! This has to be illegal
had the best help I needed in a moment from 3 ANGELS here!!! Josalyn, Ranna, and Vicki are the nicest people I have met just at the right time to take care of my situation. They were very kind, sweet, concerned and this comes from LISTENING to people when we need help. Being very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding especially during an anxious time is KEY!! Gave me all information I needed. Their concern and support made a real difference for me. Thank You all again!!!
Just btw it costs 278 dollars the moment you walk into the door regardless.
Recently went in because I thought I had a regular cold but over the counter medication was not helping. So I was checked quickly and given antibiotics and medication to help with symptoms. Dr. Brown was very attentive and informative. She not only helped with my medical needs but also gave me information about insurance assistance. She even took the time to give me a phone call back which shows how much she cares about her patients. Thank you !
