I do not recommend it, I was rented in an apartment for three years, I took care of it as if it were my own, we really delivered it better than we received it, but it was useless, in the end they make a charge that apparently they apply to everyone who ends the contract where they penalize you as if you had left the apartment destroyed, all with the objective of not returning the deposit. This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. Lease renewal automatically each year and If you want to leave have to pay for the entire 12 months of lease duration or renewal ..they send me a bill to collision for 3600 . . . Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

0/10 Do not recommend. Employees have nasty rude attitudes; they will always add fees onto you to get money. Send you multiple threats of eviction notice or to add fines to you. I experienced being watched by camera. I didn't even know until a neighbor told me. I don't know who to report them too but several neighbors new/past have had horrible experiences with this property. Horrible place management is very rude and overcharges you on rent, don't sign a 12 month lease you will regret it & there's constant fighting & loudness roaches & rats not a peaceful place rent somewhere else that's y it's so cheap you get what you pay for
