Great folks. We've had home's original Furnace and A/C replaced by Oak Island. They're professional. Timely. Polite. Thorough and overall just awesome. Thrilled to have used them twice and if we ever need to again, they'll be the first company we call.
Oak Island was the most professional company for heating and air I have ever used. Employee's were neat and clean and super friendly! They even made sure not to make any kind of mess in or out of my house. The office staff, especially Cathy was super helpful and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this business!
Chris and Cathy at Oak Island Heating and Air have taken care of my commercial and residential needs for over 15 years. You become friends with them as they treat you like a family member. Our realtor recommended Oak Island for air conditioning service. Jacob came to our house with short notice and set up our install for a few days later. He was very friendly and personable. Oak Island installed air conditioning for me at the tail end of summer 2017 and it has been a life saver! I live in a condo close to the coast so wasn’t outfitted for air conditioning other than I had ducts. I went through 5 other companies before I found Oak Island and the guys were ingenious in figuring it out how it could be done. With this recent heat spell, I can’t tell you how grateful I am. We had a problem with our AC unit. I called Oak Island on a Friday and was able to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Gene arrived slightly before the appointment time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to fix our issue quickly. Thanks Gene!
