Compared to my last apartment, this staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are attentive, memorable, and actually remember who I am. Maintenance also makes sure that things get done!
I have been there almost two years and still love it. Jessica and April are the best. They are always very helpful and so friendly. The whole complex is going through a make over and it is going to look so good when they finish. There has already been so much done. It is also a very quiet place to live. Maintenance is always very prompt to get whatever is wrong fixed and sometimes they will be there within hours after I put the request in. I don't have any plans to leave.
The service of this apartment is excellent. Ms. Jessica and Ms. April have a heart of gold, they take care of everything perfectly. The staffs in maintenance group are quickly and efficient. That is the good place to live.
530 sq.ft, 1 bedroom for $975, 700 sq.ft, 1 bedroom for over $1000.00 is a rip off. These are older apartments, ugly on the outside, nothing outstanding that sets these apartments apart to justify these prices. These prices are prices of the nicest apartments in Longview and this complex is not even close to being considered one of the nicest in Longview.
