On first glance, these are nice apartments. I personally lived in the 1-bed 1-bath and thought the layout was very cute with plenty of space. The problems began almost immediately after moving in unfortunately, the office staff tries to be nice, but neither seems like they know what they are doing, and have contacted multiple times while at work to help them figure out who cars in the parking lot belong to. Haven’t had an issue since I’ve been here. Response time is quick when it comes to maintenance and anything you need to know. They also let you know ahead of time if anything has been scheduled for the complex itself.
Nice clean and well kept. Family friendly
I had an appointment for 4:30. No one was in the office. The maintenance guy came by and said they were running around in the golf cart. Waited for 15min and no one showed. Don't schedule an appointment if you're not going to be in the office and if an unexpected event occurred at least call back later or give a heads up that something happened and ask to reschedule. I left work early for that appointment and got nothing out of it.
