We lived here 8 years it was fine the first 6 then new management took over and the property suddenly went down hill ,the cleaners stopped cleaning properly and the hallway had such a stench that neighbors were spraying air freshener and leaving it by the mailboxes to cover the horrible smell, We stopped washing and went to laundromat because of bedbugs and mildew covered clothes left in washing machine for days ,and not to mention the neighbors that lived above me that argued night and day and was very loud and unruly no co... read more
They would rather you break your leg on icy steps, and then sue them, than pay someone to salt the steps. Remind me whats rent here again? 🤔
I don't even know where to begin but this apartment is NOT what it use to be! I've been here almost 5 years and have definitely seen the difference, when my lease is up, I will be running out of here! The old property manager (Cathy) might have been a little sarcastic but between her and the OLD property owners, things were handled much more efficiently then they are now! -my building has been having rodent issues for MONTHS and their way of exterminating is by putting down sticky traps which is absolutely useless! -if rent... read more
