This is by far the worst place I have ever rented from. So many issues with these apartments such as plumbing , mice infestation and cockroach. Manager runs the complex by trying to intimidate tenants like he is higher than them. He questioned my 93 year old father as to why he was on the property. Little does he know my dad could afford to buy the whole place. If a tenant has an issue, it's automatically their fault or they are just l plain lying. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO LIVE HERE the residents are nice but the management is tw worse he will talk down to u make u feel bad for being on Hudd housing he will cuss at he will chose who can break the rules and get away with it he will share info with other residents and don’t dare ask him a question he will make u feel stupid I have went to his boss and for some reason he doesn’t take care of the problem I’m starting to tell residents to blow his bosses phone up and I am going to figure out who will help me to get him gone I... read more
The residents are awesome. However,The management here needs to be replaced seriously! He (Matt)verbally abuses the senior citizens here by screaming and yelling at us and calling residents names. Trying to intimidate us while being condescending. Matt has no business being in management of senior citizen or disabled housing p e r o i d! I stand firm on this. Telling a resident they need to pay for broken washer is not right . And he needs to pay 600 for new one than maintenance man fixed it and tells resident he only needs to pay for parts now. It’s against the law .
I have read ur replies to barb treadway and i agree with her about the management here the way he talks to residents is uncalled for and theres many residents here and on the family side that will say the same thing I have lived here for 12 years I love it here but we need better management some one who don’t talk down to us I will make it clear I haven’t had a issue with Matt for awhile but I will say that he’s not a people person which this job requires
