I have read ur replies to barb treadway and i agree with her about the management here the way he talks to residents is uncalled for and theres many residents here and on the family side that will say the same thing I have lived here for 12 years I love it here but we need better management some one who don’t talk down to us I will make it clear I haven’t had a issue with Matt for awhile but I will say that he’s not a people person which this job requires
The management here is the worst’s, bed bugs and roaches and mice are real bed bugs esp and pest control is a joke, no one made me feel at home here and as far as manicured lawn care is a joke, I can’t wait to be able to move
Bed bugs all the time. Drugs everywhere. Manager is a bully. My heater stopped working one of the coldest winter. Fridge quit working told them never got fixed. I have pictures of a hermon syringe with herion in it. Manager calls residents "retards he was chased across the street people were going to shoot him. I have 5 college degrees and he thinks he is smarter than anyone else. During derichio there was no electricity. So hot he drove by and said " I have electricity good luck. Each place a person lives,, is based on themselves on how they live.
Deplorable living conditions, not sure how the owner of this place has been allowed to remain in business!! It's absolutely disgusting and he or she should be ashamed that they would make people live like that. I am guessing they would not want their own family members to live this way. There are people with health conditions already and these owners have nothing to say other than go live someplace else, really? Wow!! Thank goodness for KARMA!!!! Unfortunately you can't give zero stars
