I visited my father in law here yesterday and he hadn't had any water since lunch and we got there at 6 p.m. They had been bringing him his meals and never helping him, which he is dying and is 93 yrs old, is very frail. We believe he hadn't eaten in 2 days since he arrived. He isn't strong enough to move to tray toward himself, or to arrange the food, in front of him, or to cut his food.
