Crooks!!! These people WILL KEEP your security deposit regardless if the house was dirty when you moved in. Then won’t send you detailed invoices. Seems very FRAUDULENT they definitely should be investigated. BRIAN WASINGER is the owner. When we rent our house out we definitely WILL NOT be using them. If they are stealing money on the tenants side you know they are scamming on the owner side of things too! If you are an owner of a property they manage I would definitely change company’s.

Worst experience ever, unprofessional they only care about themselves! House was extremely dirty when moved in, when moving out cleaned the house top to bottom never received deposit back!

I’ve never been more frustrated with a property management company. When I moved in, the building was absolutely filthy — dust, grime, and neglected common areas. It was clear they didn’t care about the condition of the place or their tenants. I still tried to make the best of it. Fast forward to move-out: I spent hours cleaning the unit from top to bottom — scrubbing everything, making sure it was spotless. And what do I get?
