I’ve had a great experience with Oak Hall Dental in Columbia. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit as comfortable as possible. They were thoughtful in keeping me in mind for earlier appointment openings, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they allowed me to book future appointments in advance, which made scheduling much more convenient. The dentist here at this practice is not the original dentist (who was much better). For several years I had told them that a particular tooth had pain and was very sensitive. I was told multiple times that the tooth was fine and that there was nothing to worry about and they did nothing for it. Then one day the entire tooth just fractured and fell out of my house. I have to believe this could have been prevented. Go somewhere else.

I came here for an emergency visit and the dentist himself was amazing, gentle, professional, and I had no pain at all. Unfortunately, the front desk and billing staff are absolutely terrible and have completely ruined what could have been a great experience. This office is in network, yet they filed a second claim with my secondary insurance without acknowledging the first one. They were paid in full twice and still charged me over $1,200 out of pocket.
