Courtney Z is absolutely amazing. My granddaughter and I had to evacuate our house due to unforeseen circumstances with the Landlords. Courtney was very helpful and kind, and swift with the process. Oak Grove is lucky to have her.

The washing machines are never available. People leave clothes in the washers and dryers for days at a time. No need to call the office and complain. Nothing gets done. Tired of paying all this money for rent and can’t get one washer to wash my clothes😩😩😩
I spent $216 on application and administration fees and they call it about a discrepancy over $56.00 (I have a 664 credit score and earn over $4000 a month) that was holding up the credit. I said I would take care of it the next day and the next day I got a call that the apartment I wanted to lease was no longer available but that they had one for over $500 more available immediately. Highly unprofessional and scam my. Do not apply to this complex.
