Sara in the front office is awesome. However Kyla the person who responded to this review needs work. I paid everything I needed to vacate. I called Sara to confirm I was good to go. A month later I receive a notice from Kyla I owe money?????? Shady..
Management will not communicate with you. Voicemails are not returned. You can stay for 3 years without needing maintenance to come out to service you one time, at first it was 1000$ for first year, second year jump to $1200, third year jumps to $1400. Then you vacate on good terms and they hit you with debt collections so they can continue to get money even if your account was in perfect standing for 3 entire years.
The management company would benefit from reading some books. This not a good company, nor is it a great company. They will let you know that you are good to go and then hit you with debt collections a month later. I'm paying their dumb debt collection however the principle of it is ridiculous. Community manager is collecting a check and doing nothing.
New management terrible! Maintenance terrible! They don't respond to Maintenance requests, laundry area doesn't work properly, started with smoke free building, now weed and cigarette smell CONSTANTLY! Parking lot and staircase consistently trashy,but always insisting new requests!
