I spent $216 on application and administration fees and they call it about a discrepancy over $56.00 (I have a 664 credit score and earn over $4000 a month) that was holding up the credit. I said I would take care of it the next day and the next day I got a call that the apartment I wanted to lease was no longer available but that they had one for over $500 more available immediately. Highly unprofessional and scam my. Do not apply to this complex.

I moved out and their building manager named Kyla decided to send me to collections over 100$ instead of calling me to advise I had an outstanding balance. Which forced me to pay some stupid fee when all Kyla had to do was email or call me direct with the information on file to advise I needed to pay a fee. Management? nightmare to communicate. They do financial mistakes in their favor and stop responding, as if no one in the office. I contacted the head quarter multiple times to resolve financial issues due to lack of response from the office. Actually, I am writing this review while I am repeatedly calling them, simply to ask them to fix their mistake. Community? not cheap and not good. Summary:> pay a little more and rent somewhere else. This is what I did.
