Came for my appt at 1:30pm today 6/23/23 and the leasing agent forgot she had an appointment with me. That was completely unprofessional. The fact that it takes time to bring small kids and ensure we make it on time just to be forgotten and waste my time and effort is unacceptable and will not even consider this place.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I was not informed of a rent increase and utitlity increase in writting it just appeared one day in my account, and I have been trying to get my account reseolved for over a month!! I have called and left messages, emails, texts numerous times!! No responses! and no resolutions!! Bad business people to say the least The locastion is great I must admit BUT the management and pool maintenance is horrible!! The apartments need help!
