RecommendedI've lived here September, 2017. Under the current management there have been so many great improvements - sprinkler system, meet and greet opportunities with management and other tenants. Facilities upkeep has been great, and management is very responsive.
It's really good apartment complex to live the manager really nice the maintenance guys stays on top of everything.

Since the property manager changed the apartments went downhill. There is only one young maintenance person who gives a darn about the property and the tenants. The others are useless. The property manager is inept. The rent skyrocketed as if it were central Portland not an outer suburb. See my follow up reply below!!! Since posting I revised this initial review positively.
