I've lived here for 5years loved my one bedroom...but had many issues maintenance never fixed and management could care less...I didn't care until all these work orders that I put in and were ignored were being charged to me once I moved out...things their stupid manager Shana Annon specifically told me I wouldn't be responsible for...then I transferred to a two bedroom...that was territory of the big huge flying water roaches...mold...spiderwebs and food on walls...roaches full drawer of roaches in my kitchen... The owners are greedy people who do nothing to maintain the apartments. They illegally clean up mold because they are too cheap to do it properly. They lie and cheat to not only keep your deposit but charge you extra above and beyond what you originally paid. I've heard them talk about other resident's behind their backs and they make up different rules for different people. The appliances are at least 20 years old and they refuse to replace them.
