This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are extremely old and lack any proper facilities. Once you move in, you quickly realize that many items in the unit are already broken. Requesting repairs is pointless because it takes them months to respond. The carpets look like they’re from another century—filthy, outdated, and practically unusable. Pest control is clearly ineffective, as the units are infested with cockroaches.
