Oak Grove was incredible with the loss of our dog. They were beyond accommodating, accepting of immediate service needed so that our Milo wasn’t in pain any longer. Their bed side manner was so professional and caring.
The vet (Dr. Jacob Liu) performed emergency surgery on my dog at 8:00 on Fridayevening. Dr. Liu and the staff were kind and compassionate to my dog and me and my dog is recovering well. I was fortunate to find this clinic and very happy that the regular hours in the clinic extend until 11:00 on Friday night.

We called about our dog around 7PM, and they were so kind over the phone— they listened to our concerns and gave helpful information about what to do for our dog. When we decided to bring him in around 8, they took all my information over the phone so I didn’t have to hang on to my dog and also set up an account with them. I’ve been to a lot of vet offices, but none have made me feel as welcomed and comfortable as this one. The staff is so kind, transparent about pricing, and always go above and beyond. They take the time to listen and answer any follow-up questions, which I really appreciate. I first came here for an urgent care visit when my dog had a UTI, and more recently when she tore her nail.
