I have been taking my dog to Oak Grove since they opened, and I have always had a great experience. Dr. Jacob is outstanding. He’s not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient in explaining everything from diagnoses to treatment options. I always leave our appointments knowing I have made an informed decision. What I appreciate most is that he respects my choices as a pet owner, even when they differ from his recommendations. I’ve referred everyone I can to this vet and we all agree that this is one of the best animal clinics in the state. From the extremely knowledgeable vets, to friendly staff, to superior equipment and most importantly cleanliness, this is the place to take your pets. We love Dr. Jacob and his team.
I do not recommend nor will ever go back way over priced. Vet gave my very pregnant poodle Pitocin. Sent us home To let her deliver naturally drove 30 minutes back home and nothing really happened called them again like they told me to told me to come back to give her another round to get things going. They did not give it my dog. She was still in a lot of pain. Then told me they were not going to do another round of Pitocin that she will be fine, but the puppies will probably die anyways because they are stuck in the birth ... read more
These folks are so kind, patient, and communicative. I had to bring my dog for urgent care today, and from checking in with reception to testing to treatment, I had positive interactions with every member of staff I encountered. I am so grateful for the compassionate care my pup received, and for the detailed responses to my many anxious questions.
