Oak Grove Animal Clinic has always been an amazing experience. They are friendly, honest, and sympathetic to the many hard decisions a pet owner has to make. Recently we had to say goodbye to our family dog. They were kind enough to give us a room to say goodbye and all the time we needed. They were understanding, thoughtful, and supportive. I am sad to leave a negative review but my recent experience calls for it. Our pointing lab- who is a VERY expensive AKC registered hunting dog- was injured while being boarded in December. At the time, they told us they would take care of his treatment. It is now almost March- my dog has been limping and in pain ever since. We have been put off, not had calls returned and pretty much ignored. We finally got in to have him checked again- and surgery was scheduled. Over $800!!!!
