I’d like to start by saying I do not visit this office with my dog. Now that being said, Dr. Neil has actually come into my work a few times and I’ve always worked with him there. I had a pregnant dog that needed a c-section. OG animal clinic was $835 cheaper then what Crain in grain valley was going to be! Crazy! Less than half the price � (will post in pics proof in comments) All 5 of the babies made it! And he spayed her for less then half any other place would want cause he was already in there. Have no complaints!
Today I had to make the tough decision to let my sweet P-Nut cross the rainbow bridge. I called ahead and up front staff was kind and compassionate and knew who I was when I came in the door. They didnt tell me they had no appointments available like most clinics I called did. Check in was a breeze and they took my kitty to the back. We were put in a room and Dr. Neal talked to us about different options. He was compassionate but honest and gave us all the time we needed. Brought both my dogs here 2 days ago. I was really impressed with how kind all the staff. I really liked Dr. Neal. He was so sweet to my babies. He even kissed one of them on top of her head, the other one wouldn't let him. I realized then how much he loves all the animals he sees. That was my first time going there and now will become our regular veterinarian.
