I spent most of my early 20s in jail and rehab until I came to this place. They equipped me with the tools to succeed in recovery and life!! Held me accountable and told me things that I didn’t necessarily want to hear that helped me in the long run!

I want to thank Oak Forest for the amazing experience I had going through the oakforest program. I was lost and my life has reached a really dark place. I didn’t know know what way to turn. Thankfully everyone of oakforest staff members helped get me back on my feet with accountability and compassion I was able to build myself back up. This place prioritizes what matters most. Oak Forest Recovery has quite literally saved my life and that of many others. I have been a firsthand witness to some of the gnarliest cases of addiction, including myself. After committing to sobriety here, they've gone far. If you are given the opportunity to find recovery here, take it! I have a better relationship with my family than that of before the drugs and alcohol. I am now going on almost 8 months sober! I'm amazed and yes it requires upkeep, but it's worth it.
