No surprise that the last positive review was 7 years ago. This HOA has a toxic board that runs rough-shod over themselves and residents. The president-an ex-felon BTW-does what he wants. The "gated community" is a total joke-Nearly everyone has the code, and if they don't, they wait behind someone who does. The "guard gate" makes it look like the HOA cares about security, but it's never ever ever manned.
