Don’t rent from them! Worst place ever and we are still waiting on deposit from November 2023! Sharonda says deposit comes from corporate and corporate says it comes from Sharonda’s office! Not sure why it’s so hard to give back our deposit! Everything was done to get it back too! Please give our deposit back!! You know our phone number so please call us and tell us check is ready! I have been here since july 2023, and we have maintenance tickets still open from our walk through, the door hinges are stripped and loose not of the doors hange square at all. Recently our ac went out and we have no date that it will be repaired by and i have yet to hear anything about being approved for a portable unit to ease the strain of the summer heat. Sheronda is an amazing asset to Oakridge estates! She is kind, helpful and does an amazing job. She is why we renewed our lease!!
Polite leasing office but no accountability. Maintenance is MONTHS late to even address repair tickets much less do anything about them. Grounds are okay but advertised amenities like the pool haven't functioned at least since I moved in last July. I have emailed Resco Corporate as they state on so many other negative reviews and gotten no response. Seriously doubting their mission statement.
Does anyone even work at this hell hole?! I have called so many times, and put in so many work orders for them all to go unheard! I have trees blocking my entire door way, my ac hasn’t work since I move in March 2023, the ceiling is leaking, the pipes are leaking, not one street light works. no wonder they failed inspection with only two passing units out of 24.
