Two years later and I'm having issues with the gutters they installed. Tons of roofing debris just left in the gutters and clogged up almost all the openings. Also, several sections of gutters (new) are not sloped correctly and the water just sits for days after rain. Don't trust this company. It became obvious at the end they are just about the money, not quality.
Worst company ever. Got them the contract, got them a check, and they NEVER showed up. To tried to get them off of my contract and to get them to remove themselves after 8 months of not showing up, no call backs, nothing. When I called them to get them to remove themselves, I get cussed out by some manager. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
Austin is the best. He climbed onto my roof and identified all sorts of problems that needed immediate attention. He correctly identified and photographed loose and missing shingles and even helped me contact my insurance company. I qualified for a new roof and Austin was there for the entire process. He really knows insurance requirements and the building codes, I highly recommend his services and Oak Crest Roofing.
Rob and his team were fantastic! The new roof and gutters look amazing! 12/10 Definitely recommend!
