The service provider was professional and friendly, the plumber clearly explained what he would be doing and explained what the costs would be in advance. I was not pressured into any services that I did not request. I will use Oak Creek Plumbing again.

Steve was very efficient and did a good job installing the water heater and outside water faucet. Also everything was very clean and we had nothing to clean up after the jobs were completed. We are thoroughly satisfied and happy with the good quality service we received.

We have used Oak Creek Plumbing for a number of years now and have always received excellent, responsive service with on-time arrivals and up-front pricing. We first used them to reline our tub and tiled shower areas and the matching job they did with the wall liners was superb! Our home was built in the 1930's and the tile size is no longer made. Service was excellent from set up of technician's visit, through installation of new water heater, to warranty completion. I will recommend Oak Creek Plumbing and my technician, and call them for any future plumbing needs. Mike explained well and took the time to make a call to ensure my warranty questions were answered correctly.
