Dr Hernandez is amazing Without a doubt. She herself is a 10 out of a 5. However, the wait time on hold, and then waiting 4+ months to have my son to be seen for a routine physical is a bit too much and very disappointing. We are now switching doctors after 8.5years. If I could take her with, I would.
I highly recommend Oak Creek Peds. Dr. Hatchell and Dr. Jereb are both fabulous and very professional. Dr. Hatchell has great bedside manner and has been invaluable with helping us through all of the health issues during my son's first year of life. The nursing staff is wonderful as well. Most of the secretarial staff is great...but there is one that is disrespectful and snobby, I wish I knew her name.
Dr Hernandez is the greatest! She makes us and our son very comfortable at every visit! She also is very knowledgable and very friendly which makes every appointment a breeze for us. The facility is very nice and the rest of the staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Very happy that we chose oak creek pediatrics for our first born, we will continue bringing all of our children here! :)
